Subscription cancellation, for which i have not signed up!

I have found that there are two subscriptions that are currently active in my O2 account. Please check and cancel all my subscriptions.

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found the way to us. :-)

Theses subscriptions were booked over your account and only paid over your mobile bill, we can't cancel them for you. You have to cancel them yourself. You'll find the contact information of the third-party supplier on your itemized bill.
