About a month ago I bought a prepaid SiM with the 5GB plan (25€), and yesterday I activated another 5GB using the same tariff. Someone is stealing my data because today I see I've used 2GB in less than 2 days, when the last time I only used 4 GB in the whole month. I have WIFI in both my house and at work, so I should be using very little data.
I would like to know how can I request for o2 to open an investigation so they can check which IP/device is using my data, I guess the o2 shop resold my plan to another customer because they stayed with my activation code and only gave me the receipt.
