So my question is particularly to inform me if there is a bigger problem that you internally have and you don't want to communicate the customers about it, i have no internet and access to the administration of my contract since 2 or 3 days ago.
Can i completely cancel my contract because of this interruption? i prefer to have the very well recommended Internet from UnityMedia, it seems that they know what customer care is.
