Problem with Homebox router


I have problem with my router. DSL light is blinking also WLAN light is blinking, but there is no internet connection. It sometimes appears only for one minute and again disappears. Where could be the problem?

Blinking DSL LED means that the router try s to re-sync.
You should call 0800 52 51 37 8, you should have some one who could speak german.
Thank you, I will try to call. I have had this problem before, but it solved it self. I hope it will also this time...
You could try to do a hard reset. But you need the voip pin than.
First you could disconnect the power supply and dsl cable.
Wait about 5 minutes before reconnect.
if you have still a problem press the reset on the back on the router (small hole).
Press the reset for 10 seconds. Than wait some time and enter the pin on the router home page.
If all isn't working, call the number...

you could install the service app this app will do some standard thinks with you.
After that you will get a code that code could you tell the help desk guy. that will short the call.
