over billing


For about 18 months, o2 has been over billing me 13 euros every month. I discovered this three weeks ago and went to the shop where I signed my contract but they were not willing to help me and were actually rude to me. I still have seven moths to the end of my contract and I cannot continue to be paying higher. I also need a refund for all the 18months I have been over billed.

Pease help me. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

What have you been incorrectly charged for? Why have you only noticed this now? Objections to Invoices have to be submitted in writing within eight weeks.

I read the note from the shopfellow from May13th, but can't follow her argumentation.
I took a look at your contract for the iPhone 7, which costs following the contract 23 Euro a month for 24 month. This is the sum you pay for it.
I also took a look at the mobile contract. The mobile contract costs 29,99 Euro a month, you get a discount for Hardware of 5 Euro (this discount I can't find on your shop contract, so you get more discount than noted on that contract). This is exactly what you pay for it.
You also received a tariff info mail, that says the same.
Because of the same conclusion the ticket of the shopfellow was refused. You pay the right price for iPhone and contract.
If you have your shop contract by hand and it says something different, then please upload it (without your personal data) here, so we can take a look. But from the documents that we have, the price is correct.
