Hello! I did a contract with O2 . They said its for 25 € per month but simce you are student so you have to pay 20€ . They said it includes 2GB HIGH SPEED internet and then unlimited 3G. But its not like this. When high speed internet is finished they gave me 10GB 3G only. when my first month bill came ,it was 25€. I went to their office so many times but they said you had to submit your matriculation document and this and that now it cant happen. They didnt tell me to do that. Now i am paying 25€ . Can some body help me with that please

I have taken a look into the matter and your first registration as a student was successful but it took a while before it was visible in our data system, that's why it seemed like your matriculation document wasn't uploaded yet.
While I cannot refund anything retroactively, from now on you will get the student bonus till the end of your current contract.
