Few days later I have received two more sim cards by post and yesterday I have received two emails from O2 letting me know about activation of that additional two new numbers.
I have not ordered them and I don`t need them, I just need to make sure I am not being charged for three cards instead of one...

Please be aware of the fact that you only have a withdrawal-period of 14 days. Therefore, be quick to send us your withdrawals. We will check if we can still cancel the contracts.

whether you change your packs by yourself (in your case to a smaller one), you will do it immediately. So you changed the pack January 22nd at 22:19, before the old o2 my Prepaid M expired. The old one is no longer active, after that change of you. Due to the fact you cancelled that pack one an half minute later, you actually have no pack in usage.
I will refund you the price of the o2 my prepaid S pack for this one time, but remember that you can change you packs whenever you want, even before another pack ends.
