Ich versuche mit meinem mobilen Vertrag Hilfe in Englisch zu erhalten.

I have ordered sim only card for 19.99 euro a month (O2 free S 2018) two weeks ago.

Few days later I have received two more sim cards by post and yesterday I have received two emails from O2 letting me know about activation of that additional two new numbers.

I have not ordered them and I don`t need them, I just need to make sure I am not being charged for three cards instead of one...

Please be aware of the fact that you only have a withdrawal-period of 14 days. Therefore, be quick to send us your withdrawals. We will check if we can still cancel the contracts.

My prepaid plan finish at 23.01.2019, I received an SMS telling me that it will renew at 24.01.2019 if the is enough balance.

Today, I did change my prepaid plan from M (14.99 per month) to S (9.99 per month).

After that, I tried to recharge my account balance with 10 euros but the min amount is 15, so I purchased the pin and I added it in the mein o2 app.

After that I cancelled the recently setup prepaid S plan to back to M plan, because there was no way to recharge my account with leas than 15 euros.

No I see that the company charged the price of the S prepaid plan today, one day before the active M plan finishes.

I do not understand, why the price of the plan was charged if the current plan is still active until 23.01.2019 at 23:59:59

I feel really dissapointed, angry, stale and stolen, because there is no reason for the company to this.

I need your help because there is no option to reclaim the unfair charged money.

dear Juan Sebastian,

whether you change your packs by yourself (in your case to a smaller one), you will do it immediately. So you changed the pack January 22nd at 22:19, before the old o2 my Prepaid M expired. The old one is no longer active, after that change of you. Due to the fact you cancelled that pack one an half minute later, you actually have no pack in usage.
I will refund you the price of the o2 my prepaid S pack for this one time, but remember that you can change you packs whenever you want, even before another pack ends.
