neu Anschluss


Techniker ist nicht gekommen. Ich habe eine SMS wegen Verspätung bekommen. Daher ist meine Internetverbindung nicht aktiv. Ich habe kein DSL-Licht. Wann kommt er jetzt?

What kind of router you use? Did you rent a O2 Homebox or you have an own router?
Ich habe O2 Homebox 2 gemietet, aber ich habe auch eine Ersatz Fritzbox

What kind of Fritzbox you have? But I think you have technical problems, if you don’t have a dsl Sync with your Homebox.

Yes you are right. There is a technical problem 😉 how could DSL get synced when there is no physical connection.
My question was that technician was supposed to come on 19.06.2019 between 12:00 - 1600 hours. But I got an SMS at 11:30 stating that your connection is delayed due to some technical reasons.
Later around 18:00 hours I got Confirmation SMS and email that your DSL is active and ready to use, so Enjoy Surfing etc.

So in the Backend system my connection is active but the problem is that in my building there is no physical connection. Tecnician has to come to make it working. 😴

Please call today O2 DSL technical hotline over 0800 52 51 37 8 and explain your problems. You need a ticket for this.
