[Need help] Top up 90 Euros of prepaid balance via bank transfer

Hi O2 Team, I had recharged my O2 account with 90 Euros on May 28, 2019 by sending SMS to 56656 and transferring amount from my Deutsche bank account to the propose from SMS.

However, there was no SMS confirmation from o2. I waited until May 31, 2019 but there was still no response from o2. At that time, i cannot use my phone and thought that the transferring was not completed. So i used other way to recharge and it worked! I recharged 30 Euros and it was automatically deducted 24,99 Euros according to my present package. Now, my balance is 5,01 Euros.

Badly, i just found that the amount of 90 Euros has been deducted from Bank account since May 29, 2019 but the 90 Euros has not been counted in my prepaid balance. The balance shown is 5,01 Euros.

Is it possible to refund the 90 Euros since it is not necessary for me now?

welcome to the o2 community!

There have been two attempted recharges for 20 EUR each that were unsuccessful, I'm afraid.
Thus the text messages on 31 May that stated: "Lieber o2 Kunde, Ihre einmalige Lastschriftaufladung konnte aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht durchgeführt werden. Ihr o2 Team." ("Due to a technical error, your recharge could not be completed.")

However, the one from 31 May for 30 EUR was successful, but because it was the first one by direct debit it took a while to be confirmed.

As things are now, your account's balance is 5.02 EUR, because as you rightly said, the 24.99 EUR have been automatically deducted for this month's My Prepaid L pack.

The text message on 31 May confirmed that the sum of 30 EUR will be deducted from your bank account by SEPA direct debit within the next few days.

The amount of 5.02 EUR is the complete current balance of your prepaid account at o2.
Are you sure the other (unsuccessful) debits were actually tranferred off your bank account? Maybe they take a while to reappear there, if they don't show up within the next couple of days it would be best to contact your bank.
