Internet Connection - Cannot have a Termin for the Connection

Hi there,

It's been almost two weeks that I have a contract, I have also the hardware (who redirect me to a Telekon login page) and I can't have a technician Termin to setup my connection.

The first time it was canceled, now I can't get another appointment.
What should I do?

Hi,

as far as I can see you got an appointment to May 23rd 2019. So everything will proceed right now.
