Incorrectly direct debit

Dear Sir,
Good day

I'm sending to you because I've been Charged 2 times for this month for my 15 euro auto renewal direct debit which I do not know the reason for.
So, I think the 2nd direct debit for 15 Euros has been incorrectly made.

welcome to the Community 🙂.

I can see that you have activated the option that on the 1st of each month, your credit will be charged with 15 EUR. In addition, Packs that you buy will be paid by direct debit. In this case, your account was automatically charged with 15 EUR at the 1st of the month and after you had booked the Prepaid M Pack, this was also paid with 15 EUR by direct debit. Now you have a credit of 14,86 EUR on your Prepaid-Card.

But yesterday you already disabled the automatic charging Option on the 1st of each month.
