I've recently ordered a DSL service for my apartment via O2 website. Afterwards I received one email from O2 which said my DSL-Auftrag is XXXXXXXXXX. And I can use the link in the email to see my order details. But now I cannot check my order detail which means that I will not know when the technikertermin will come to my apartment.
Hence, I need to know why I cannot check my order via the link and when the technikertermin will come to my apartment.
It is necessary because I need to schedule one time at home to wait for the technikertermin.
