help me about my o2 bill

Last 3 month i am getting heavy bill from o2. My one bill is coming with my actual rechnung another wrong bill is coming extra only with my name in my email address...every month from my account one bill is getting charged and from my another account this bill again getting charged...i don't understand why? i have cancelled o2 Surf upgarade L service but still this bill is coming with my phone bill and with extra amount in my email account.

please please please....it is very annoying that i got two times bill at a time though i am using one sim kart and from my two accounts bills are getting charged.

My actual account contract paper name is Nawrid Binte Jahan but i got this bill one time in Nawrid Binte Jahan and again in another name Tahitul Alam, please, what i have cancelled don not include this bill into my actual rechnung. i have got two amounts in two different names...for example.. in Nawrid Binte Jahan contract paper i got..69.77 € and in Tahitul Alam name i got 41.69 €.

There is no contract paper with the name of Tahitul Alam but o2 is taking money from Tahituls Alam bank account and also from Nawrid Binte Jahan bank account. i am really fed up seeing two bills two names and the service which i cancelled still is being included in two bills....the bills should be in one Name.

I have cancelled Surf upgrade L service from my contract paper and i got this msg that this service is cancelled from 24th May but still in my bill this service charged has been included....please please do something... i am really fed up seeing two bills two names and the service which i cancelled still is being included in two bills....the bills should be in one Name...please correct my bill.

Hello Tahitul,

are you talking about the two numbers that you have in your account?

One is the 49176xxxxxx21 and the other one 49176xxxxxx03.

Is one of them wrong?

Please send us a private message to our account @o2_Support‌, with the number you talk about, the name and the invoice number, so that we can check that.
