I have two contracts (Vertrage) with O2 one for Handy and one for DSL. I received a letter that I should save my DSL Rechnungen (Invoices) because of a system update. I did so and now both my contracts are under single Kundennummer but I cannot find my old Handy Rechnungen online. The old DSL Rechnungen are still available online. I telephoned O2 in mid- April and they told Handy Rechnungen will be visible as well by 23.04 but they are not as of now. So I called again today. The O2 staff told she can’t find it as well and will send me the last 6 month Rechnungen per post. She didn’t tell about costs. I want to be sure that I should not be charged for these documents per post as this is not my fault that Handy instead of DSL Rechnungen are not visible at the portal.
I registered myself new with handy number but it doesn’t help either.
Second, I see a new combined invoice online for Handy for a period 13.04-14.04 & for DSL for a period of 10-14.04 (period of system update). Although, I have already paid the bill for entire April month at the beginning of April. I asked this as well on phone, the staff told that it is only the monthly Gründgebühren for the said period. If I paid already for entire month then probably this will be adjusted with upcoming invoices but don’t know when.
However when I extrapolate the figures to 30 days the amount for respective Handy and DSL Grundgebühren/month is higher than what I pay.
Please look into the matter and make sure I will not be charged unnecessary.
