After all efforts, the date for 2nd attempt of the DSL technician appointment is given verbally from the customer service however I don't have the confirmation e-mail yet.
I had a missed phone call yesterday and I presume that the call was for the appointment confirmation. I already waited more than 2 month now and my patience is running out since your customer service is super difficult to reach out.
The verbally promissed date :
28th of June (Friday) / Between 14:00-20:00
Please call me back as soon as possible and PLEASE PLEASE hold the line at least a minute. My phone vibrated only once or twice on last phone call so that naturally I could not able to pick up the phone call.
