I have a DSL contract with you and that is on 03.07.2019 activated. Since then I do not get internet. I have seen the incident and you have missed the date.
There is the third incident date for tomorrow and I do not know that the technician is coming or not tomorrow. Every technician costs a day off and I can not adjust anymore. Please help me !!
