I have Home Box DSL router.
I have WIFI connectivity problem in some areas of my apartment. Hence i wanted to move to FritzBox 7590.
I have ordered the Fritzbox through hotline. Order got cancelled from O2 side at the end.
I reordered 2 times after that it is the same case that is happening again and again.
Hotline customer service persons could not able to find the reason for the cancellation.
I am very tired of ordering, waiting for the shipment, checking the status in hotline call waiting 20 mins every time in the call for the last one month. There is no order number or email or sms sent for any orders. How to track the orders with this system.
When i called for my last order and explained the situation, there is not even a record in the system that shows my previous orders.
Need proper intervention and support to get this resolved.
