I provided home address, cell phone, and email.
I noticed that my e-mail information is not there in my contract, that field is empty.
Although I receive short messages from o2, I did not receive any postal mail in my postbox. I was expecting to receive credentials for logging in to Mein o2 and also for DSL service. (I received my Fritzbox modem via postal mail, o2 edition).
Although a friend of mine(who knows German) talked with o2 customer service on my behalf and provided them my e-mail, asking my credentials to be sent again both via e-mail and postal mail today; I did not receive any e-mail yet.
Anthing that can be done on this?
