Keeping Flex contract on upgrade


Hi! 

 

Can I please get an offer of upgrading my current O2 Classic M Flex to 250Mbit speed without any hardware, keeping the Flex monthly cancellable fare?

Alternatively the total offer of converting both my DSL and mobile contracts from Flex ones to 24 months contracts on DSL250 and Mobile Unlimited OnDemand/alternatively as I understand O2 L mobile will be unlimited and cheaper option (including combo discount).

With 250 Mbit/s it would be our tariff o2 Home L.

I have gladly checked everything and have just sent you a DSL contract renewal offer for our o2 Home L 250 (2024) tariff by e-mail. As requested, I have indicated that you use your own router. If you decide to do this, please return the current rental router WLAN HomeBox 2 to us via Router Return.

For your mobile contract, I have selected our o2 Mobile L (2024) tariff as a contract extension offer.
With this combination, you will receive unlimited data volume on your mobile contract free of charge with our current promotion. This will be booked automatically after you have successfully switched both contracts
