Resignation of O2 services

Dear O2 Support,

I recently quit my O2 internet, but I haven't received any updates. Is there anything from my side that I should do now?

Could you please specify when exactly you submitted your resignation and which contact method you used for it?

Once a resignation is recorded, the deactivation date should also be indicated on the new invoice, at the latest on the one after that.
