Hello,

I moved out of my apartment and would like to transfer my DSL contract to the new tenant. I was wondering if that would be possible considering that I have my cell phone contact with O2.

Best regards

Hello @Müller1988 ,

then it shouldn’t be an issue to have the contract moved to someone else. If you are getting a Kombivorteil with your phone contract, that one would go away once you don’t have a enabling contract anymore, so please keep this in mind. The process itself can be started from your mein o2.

Kind regards, Sven

Hello @Müller1988 ,

assuming that we aren’t talking about a contract like an All-in-One in which mobile and DSL contract are intrinsically linked, having one of the contracts moved to a new owner should be no issue. You can start the process directly through your mein o2.

Kind regards, Sven

Thanks so much for your reply. The contract is not all in one. Basically first I got my DSL contract and 2 years later I added my phone contract.

kind regards
