Hallo, some help in English please? to cancel a contract

Hi, 

 

after 2 years I wish to cancel my contract with O2 (package mobile + ADSL internet). I've been told that I need to fill in a form, and send it by post. However, I just can't find such form in the website, can someone help me with that?  Many thanks in advance

    Hallo,

     

    there is no need to fill in a form. You can write a normal letter to o2 with your data and with a short text expressing your wish to cancel your contract. You've got to do it in time, at least 3 months before the two years end.
