When I signed the contract they told me only one week to fix the DSL at your home but I am waiting 40 days until now ...

and then other friends pay 15 euro for 50 mig speed but I pay 30 euro for the same speed but I have got  nothing until now ...

I want to cancel the contract please ...

they sent me  a date 17.07 then they apologized then they sent me for today 27.07 and I am waiting .... did not come until now ...

Yes you will tell me this thing depends on D CABLE and i will tell you this is not my problem so please cancel my contract.

    I'm sorry that the activation of your DSL connection has been delayed. Sorry, we did not get a connection cable for you directly at our first request. Therefore, the earliest possible date was 27.07 .. According to my information the connection has been activated yesterday. Does it work now?

    If you want to terminate your contract, so please send us your request in a letter.

    they called me and promised me to come today between 14:00 &20:00

    I wish they did because I need the DSL so much.
