Zugangs PIN nicht gultig

Hi,

I was trying to register my DSL router, but it says my PIN is not valid. I've tried resetting the router several times, I was on the telephone line with the O2 technician but still no luck. Please help!

Have you unplug your router for almost 10 minutes from power an telephone socket?

Yes I've tried it. I also tried hard reset probably 10 times. Nothing works!

Your line is already activated? Is the dsl light blinking?

Yes my line is activated and dsl is lit up and not blinking. My PIN is wrong, that is the only problem - I have already tried everything!
