I have two numbers on my contract under my name, one of which is used by my friend. Now I want to order a phone for my friend from My O2 without a tariff.
When I go to place the order, I can't change the name because it's already filled in with my name.
I have to enter my friend's name and delivery address.
I would like your help/advice on this.

If you want to order the o2 my Handy contract in your friend's name and he is not yet a customer with us, please log out first. He can then place an order with his details. You cannot use your customer account to place an order with another contract holder.
