Where is the detail of the Verbindungen & Services increase?


I got an increase in the bill for “Verbindungen & Services” this month but I can’t see the detail anywhere. I see there are videos and explanations, but I want to know the details of my specific case. Is there any way to get the itemised bill?

Hey @JJong,

You can change the itemized bill yourself in the online portal under: My o2 -> My data -> Itemized bill. Please check if this works.

It says nothing is available. I was charged 39 euro extra

then no individual connection proof is ordered. Unfortunately, you can't find out where the costs come from.

Please don't be surprised - I have added your 2nd post here so that it remains clear for everyone.
Unfortunately, you have not consented to the storage of your itemized bill data, so no itemized bill has been created. You can set it up for the future, but not retroactively. 
Chargeable calls can be, for example, calls abroad / to a special number or calls outside the EU (if this were the case, you would also see it on the bill page 1)

@o2_Kathi I have not made any international calls or calls to any special number. Could you please turn on the itemized bill data?
