O2 Homespot speed limited to 5mbps since over a month

I've been using O2 Homespot M (50mbps) for almost about two years and now I'm at the end of the contract but I'm not planning to renew. Since about a month the internet speeds are terrible and hardly ever above 5mbps. I've been checking on the app and it has been constantly showing that a base station is down - for a month! How long does it take to get a base station back up and working? Funny thing is, even my phone is on O2 so I have terrible internet on the phone as well as on the Homespot. I work from home and this is absolutely unacceptable - how am I expected to continue paying in full when I hardly receive 10% of the internet speed I'm paying for?

Location: 30451, Hannover.

Happy to provide more details.

Dear @Iammeandwhatiseeisyou ,

welcome to our communty. 🌝

I was happy to take alook into this for you. A base station north of your address is not working properly. Unfortunately, we don't have a date here when it will be up and running again. But all the other stations are working. Have you tried to adjust your homespot? There are still some base stations to the south and south-west.

Kind regards,

Andrea
