Bills from the activation of sim card


Dear team,

 

I am a student and need to file my tax return. Is there a way i can get the consolidated recharge bills for each year from the activation of the sim under my name.

You must contact the o2 prepaid customer care and ask for a “Umsatzsteuerbeleg” (sales tax receipt)

Call the Hotline 0176/888 55 282 or use the o2 customer care via chat for prepaid customers (O2 Prepaid-Chat) www.o2.de/chat

 

This receipt shows how much of your credit you have spent in which period.
There is no receipt for the top-ups, because the top-ups are tax-free.

It's been many days but I haven't got the bills yet. I was assured that they will be mailed to me but haven't received anything yet. Please help.

You will get the sales tax receipt(s) (not bills) by mail and not by email.

And I don't know why, so far I hadn't discovered an order for it in your data. Maybe it got stuck in the system. I have now ordered the retroactive mailing for you and also set it up for future certificates.
