Hi O2 community,
I had made a contract from O2 last 26.11.21 and it took along time before they send me the activated simcard and then came my DSL contract faster than the contract I made from O2. So, It‘s no used anymore to have O2 free Unlimited basic contract 29.99€ Monthly, becaused i am not using it anymore so I decided 08.12.21 to terminate my active plan and yesterday I have called O2 team that handles the termiantion which i received from the email about my cancellation and to strengthen my termination. The customer service took my bank account and then process it. My question now is, how would i know if my contract has been already terminated? I didn‘t received any email or confirmation right after I talked to the O2 termination team. It‘s not clear to me if it was cancelled or not. Please help me, guide me what to do next.
