DSL connection problem

Hi, I have a DSL connection in my home and it's not working since 1 week ago. I tried to call the hotlines but nobody speaks english there...

I received an SMS saying that the problem was already solved but that's not true, I still have no internet access.

The request ticket number is GEO000004773632.

 

Any answer will be helpful, thanks.

    Please press the reset PIN at the rear site of the box for 30 seconds. Than go on the web interface an type in your access data.

     

    Than it should work.
