This is regarding closing contract requested on August 18 2014.
i have already visited your O2 shop and explained my status (leaving from Germany) and like to close my contract.
same day (August 18 2014) he send the filled form with my abmeldung copy to head office and informed me the contract will be closed by august end.
but still the deduction is made from my bank account (until last month 20.10.2014) 19.99 euro was deducted.
so i request you to refund my money for September and October. also close my contract immediately.

Please confirm me the same.
i am away from Germany so it is difficult to can't call to support team over telephone.

Please assist me on this.

Hi amsenthil,

 

your contract started at the 27th April in 2013 and will end two years later in 2015. The letter of cancelation is here and the contract will be cancelt at the 27th of April 2015.

 

If you want to cancel your contract because you change the country, we need much more information as a letter with your wish that you will cancel you contract at the earliest day.

 

So we can do that, we need this information -

 

- a deregistration certificate of your present place of residence
- a notification of your new, foreign domicile
- alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord
