Not Receiving Messages

I am not able to receive messages on one of my number. I have 2 number linked to my account, however I am not getting normal messages on one number. Could you please help me unlock the receiving messages?

What kind of SIM card do you use? Is it a multicard? And do you not receive any messages at all or only from certain numbers?

First of all, open mein o2 App an check the destination of sms from the missing number.
