Hello O2 Team,
I have a problem with the prepaid card. I am in transiiton of porting out my number form O2 and hence I am neither buying any subscription nor do any recharge. However, i have kept some balance around 24 euro in main balance.
Yesterfday i have received an SMS that “99 cent surf day flat rate for mobile data” shall be deducted. infact last two days 1.98 euro has been deducted. I am not using any mobile data in O2 SIM as i have another SIM with data plan which i normally use. and when I am at home always use my home WLAN.
Can you block the data services on the prepaid card, please?
