Contract Termination

Dear all, 

I have an o2 dsl S without minimum contract duration and need to terminate my contract as I need to move from my current apartment.

 

I've seen that there is the possibility to terminate the contract online, is the procedure totally online and will I receive a confirmation at the end? Or somebody will call me back to terminate the contract?

 

Is it safer to terminate by post or online?

      If you do it online you have to call o2 afterwards to confirm. It is, however, better (safer) to termnate the contract in writing and by recorded delivery (Einschreiben).
