Misleading texts.


Hi,
I recently purchased a 9.99 € card. I had some issues activating but finally managed to. I was very certain that I chose the data pack L option. So basically, I have received a welcome text and I thought what well.

I waited for an hour at least but did not receive any other texts. Of course, I assumed that everything was well and turned off.

However, after which, I have a message that I have been surfing for 99 cents.

Subsequently, I received another message that my prepaid data package L (9.99 €) has not been activated due to insufficient credits.

I had no way of knowing if the package was activated. There is no message informing me to wait either. I find this to be rather unfair.

Hi!
As long as no option is booked or the booking of an option is not confirmed by SMS, the Surf Dayflat is automatically activated when the mobile data services are activated and the mobile phone connects to the Internet.

Hi @crumbles,

as you already realised, you need a credit of 9,99 € to order the package "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L".

As long as you do not load enough credit on your card, the pack cannot be activated and instead, you pay 0,99 € per day for the usage of mobile data.
