Hello,

 

It's been two days that I cannot access internet. for some reason, suddenly, the router doesn't connect to internet. only the power light is on, and all the other ones are just off, not even showing a red light failure or something.

 

please guide me how I can contact someone to take care of this.

I cannot find anywhere to reach for the solution.

    If even the DSL Light is off, the Router could be broken. Did you call the Hotline to ask the Support?

     

    Edit: Of Course this works only for the Alice/o2 Router.
