Wrong invoice

Hello, my o2 contract package is O2 blue select with kombi-verteil for 14,99 but company is charging 19,99 every month.

This is the case right from the starting month of contract.

O2 office centre guys are give excuse that you contract package is 14,99 .

Plz help me out with this problem.

do you have another tariff from o2 or only Blue Select?

If not, the price of 19,99 € for the o2 Blue Select per month is correct. The Kombivorteil you receive only if you use 2 contracts at once.

I have only one contract (o2 blue select) for 14,99.

No, you have one contract for 19,99. If you had a second contract you would pay 14,99 because you would get a discount because of the "Kombivorteil" which is a bonus for having more than one contract. You cannot have the Kombivorteil with one contract, so it would appear that the invoice is correct.
