2 months without internet in Darmstadt

Dear O2,

I live in Darmstadt Mitte and I have already called several times the hotline and now there is a voice telling me to be patient because there is already a ticket open. It is two months I have no internet and telephone line at home, and the DSL led blinks all the time.

Please call again to the hotline and report no phone number to.
