I can't login DSL-account and find my DSL-PIN

Hi, I am a new customer. My DSL-Auftrag is SAL456970115 and customer number is 49631849. Technician came today and enabled my DSL-line.  

However, I have three problems now. 

First, I don't know how to login my DSL-account.

I got this link https://www.o2online.de/goto/earlylogin?rcssubid=bapcwVEi9RRNRkPy75JmNg%3D%3D in email from O2, but it is not working.

I don't know what my login name and password are because I have not got it or made it.

I tried to login using my phone numbers and the other things but everything is not working.

The account I am using now is not my DSL-account. It is just forum account.

Second, my router was sent back.

O2 sent me Hardware(router) through DHL. But DHL fail to find my room, even though technician could make it. I guess it's because I live in the dormitory which has a lot of floors and flats. I wonder how to get it back. Maybe If I can login, I would request a router again.

Third, I DON'T KNOW MY PIN code to use internet connection.

Though I don't have a router yet, I borrowed it from my friend and tested my internet connection. But suddenly it requires 10 digits PIN-code but I did not get it before. I checked my emails and post box but I could not find any PIN.

I tried to use Hot-line but it is always busy.

I want to use my Internet......Please! What should I do?
