cannot use FAX to send a document, is there any email address i can use instead?

Some one from O2 team keep sending me an Email to ask my SEPA document, because i applied a new number for a new cell phone. He said i need to fill the sepa document and FAX back. However, i am now abroad and cannot use FAX. Is there any e-mail address instead of fax i can send the document to?? Thank you.
