Cancel Phone contract

I bought a phone line with an iPhone 15 pro max and the delivery driver canceled the delivery for me because I did not have the address, but the address and name are on the house. He returned the phone to O2 and the amount paid was returned, 185€. A while ago, an amount of 1,330€ was seized from my bank account. I contacted O2 and they said this was a mistake on my part and the amount was returned, but today I received a paper stating that I must pay 1334€ on 04/04/2024. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Hi @Mano Mano,

    I'm sorry to hear that there has been a mistake. If you are patient, o2 moderation will look into your case. 

    In any case, you should not pay and I would advise you to take screenshots of the DHL tracking, your bank statement and any written communication.

    Could you please let us know here when exactly you placed the order for the iPhone 15 Pro Max and when DHL tried to deliver the package to you?

    Can you also see under DHL Tracking when the smartphone was returned to us?

    I have ordered 22-12-2023 and 27-12-2023 O2 shipped to me at 28-12-2023 delivery driver came and cancelled the package.

    Hello, in 18-04-2024 i have received email from REAL Solutions Inkasso that i must pay 1426,66€ for the iPhone that I didn’t received and the main problem that I’m not in Germany to call O2 I will back to Germany after 2 months till now I still pay for my O2 tariff but I will cancel my contract with O2 because I really angry and tired because of this Issue.
