Hello,I buyed 02 card for 20€ and the guy told me everything is okay just use the phone but since the first day my internet is sooooo slow its not even working somethimes i tried restarting the phone and api everything that can cause that but none of them worked what should i do help please i must have internet here ...

    When one has a new contract, then one of course would like to have the best internet. When it is instead slow, then this is of course aggravating.
    Have you already checked the LiveCheck for your area? If there are any known issues, they’d be shown there. If no issue is shown, please use the Feedback-button to describe your issue as closely as possible so that our technicians can take a look at the stations near you.
