Der Techniker ist nie gekommen und ich habe keine Antwort von O2 erhalten

Hallo, ich brauche Hilfe.

 

Ich bestelle vor ungefähr drei Wochen Internet bei O2. Sie haben meinen Router geschickt, aber weil der Mailman nicht in mein Gebäude eindringen konnte, haben sie ihn an O2 zurückgeschickt. Das ist okay, weil ich zu Hause meinen eigenen Router habe. Das Problem ist, dass am vergangenen Samstag, der Techniker nie auf meinem WLAN einzuschalten auftauchte. Grundsätzlich muss ich es für die Arbeit und es hat drei Tage und ich habe erhielt keine Antwort von O2. Ich habe bereits für meinen Dienst bezahlt und würde gern eine Antwort! Das ist wirklich schrecklicher Service und ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, was ich tun soll. Ich komme nicht aus Deutschland, also bin ich wirklich verwirrt und habe das Gefühl, dass O2 mich verarscht hat. Ich brauche eine Antwort. Ich kann nicht anrufen, weil ich nur auf A1-Niveau bin. Was soll ich machen? Ich brauche Hilfe.

Moin Moin,

what kind of router do you have? Could you tell us Brand and model?

A HomeBox not from O2 (rent) will not work!!

Have you connect the router to the TAE socket?

And what is the behaver of your router?

Hi @o2_Andrea Andrea, so a bit of an update, a German speaking friend called and I received my modem however my internet is still not on. When I am at home, I see the network and connect with it, I receive a message saying ‘dieser internetanschluss ist zur zeit nicht aktiv’ from Deutsch Telekom. Any clue how to fix this? Does someone need to come to switch the connection? If so, when can the next appointment be made available? I need internet this week if possible and have been waiting for about a month now.

Dear @Joejoejoejoejoe,

 

it seems that there are some problems with your dsl activation. Therefore the colleagues need your phonenumber, to contact you.
I recorded your mobile phonenumber for them and marked, that you are english speaking.

We can’t see the reason for that problem, but you’ll be called to make a technician appointment.

@o2_Andrea another week and nothing? no call? no technician? not even a message? this is horrible service. how do I cancel and how do I get my money back IN FULL!


It has been over 2 weeks from my scheduled appointment, with not even a single response after contacting o2 over 20 times on different platforms. I need my money back in full this is out of control. Never have I ever had this outrageously bad service IN MY LIFE. I am beyond frustrated. O2 is a scam.

I just took a look and there is  now a message, that we received a response from the Telekom, that the activation is not possible. But we got no information why.

So it seems that you have to order it again.

One ticket is still open, but I am not sure, if you will receive a telephone call to this issue. :confused:

What did you pay for? I can’t see a bill on your account, because the contract is not active.

@o2_Andrea Hi, so my girlfriend went to the store in Hamburg to set up an appointment for telekom to set up. This appointment was scheduled for yesterday. The two of us were home all morning, put two signs at the door of the apartment with both of our phone numbers and made sure that my phone number was correct in o2s system. Again, no one came, no call, no notification, no email, nothing. I called off work that morning, therefore have wasted vacation time on you all now and have already spent over 100 euros on this service. I would like to cancel and get a full refund as well as some other compensation as I have had to buy extra data several times this month because of you. I can’t expressed how annoyed I am at your service, where I am from when you buy a service you deserve some follow up. How do I get a full refund and cancel my service?

Dear @Joejoejoejoejoe ,

 

if you want to cancel that DSL contract, you should do this by fax or by post. Explain, that your contract is still not active, that several technician appointments failed and that you want to cancel that contract beacause of this circumstances.

You did’t pay for the contract, so you can’t get anything back and there is no way to get any compensation for expenses you made while the contract was not active. :confused:
