Unauthorised deductions !!!!


Money is constantly getting deducted from my prepaid account. I charge my phone with about 15 euros, and each time about 5-6 euros gets deducted within a few days. This has happened multiple times !! The worst part is, there is nobody to help at the customer service because the english helplines exist only for the postpaid account holders. I feel extremely frustrated and rather helpless !

Check for packages, that you have booked.

Do you get SMS in these few days from the o2 team after charging?

At the moment you are charged with the following packages:

o2 my Prepaid Basic: 1,99 € for 28 days
o2 my Prepaid Data Pack S: 2,99 € for 28 days (deactivation date: 16th July 2019)
o2 my Prepaid Data Pack M: 5,99 € for 28 days

You already deactivated o2 my Prepaid Data Pack S to the 16th July 2019. If you like to deactivate further packages, just let me know.
