Sim Card delivery time

Hey! I have ordered O2 postpaid sim with contract. I am waiting for a sim since long time and i need it as early as possible (hence chose O2). But it has been more than 10 days that my sim card hasn’t been delivered yet to me. My address is correct and I received email that it has handed to deutsche post as well. Whom can I contact?
