recovery of an old O2 number

Hi,

I have an old O2 number that I did not use for a long time (more than a year). Now I need it for some access. I still have the SIM card. Is there a way to have that number activated again? or maybe a way to have a new SIM card with the same number?

Hello @malbns,

Unfortunately no, the phone number can only be reactivated for a maximum of 90 days after it has been switched off.

        As Vilureef had already mentioned, after this time we unfortunately no longer have the option to reactivate the number after 90 days.
