Hello @Suhaas,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

I have send you a private message, please also write here shortly when you have answered also via private message.

I apologize that the online activation of your prepaid SIM is currently not possible, only the post ident activation is possible.

The post ident activation means that you have it activated in a post/DHL office, usually with your passport as proof of identification. here you find a list of accepted documents.

Shall we set the activation via post identification in motion for you?

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Hello @Loveneet 🙂

Please do not spread your request across multiple posts, as this quickly makes things confusing. We will respond in the other post where you wrote.

Best regards, Kathi
