personal information/ prepaid service

My personal information is incorrect. 

I am under activation process, however, when I received the chat all verification, O2 team said that my name is incorrect (only 1 name and 1 last name considered). They state should be the same as passport (it means 2 names and 2 last names.)

 

I need help and support to revised my name and complete my registration/ activation of sim cards. Pls urgent
