Password Reset Without Phone

I lost my phone and want to order a SIM replacement. I am locked out of my o2 account and the password reset sends a text to the phone I dont have instead of my email address. How can I figure this out?

    You already locked your lost sim card?

    You can get a replacement card with your ID card in an o2 shop. It costs 29.99 euros and the card is also activated in the shop. Make sure you get the receipt.

      No, I cannot figure out how to even get into my account to lock the sim card that I've lost.

      There is a hotline for "emergency" situations, like for losing your sim card and locking them: 089 - 666630044

        Thanks I will try. Not having good luck with English customer support though.
